What We Offer

We can not only connect you the best teachers in your area, but also provide an opportunity for young students to put what they have learned into action. Many youngsters give up an instrument after years of lessons learning to read the dots in a isolation. Music can often seem pointless to these youngsters as it has become little more than an academic exercise. We believe playing songs we enjoy together makes confident musicians and builds self esteem, when youngsters perform as part of a band or ensemble at community events and festivals, Time to Shine brings music to life by getting these youngsters into bands and ensembles, giving them an opportunity to hear their instrument in context with fun musical pieces with other young musicians. plenty of opportunity to perform classes cover a range of student levels, from young beginners to accomplished amateurs and professionals looking to polish their skills. Classes are held weekly, either one-on-one or in small groups .

Community Events

Since we became a CIC in 2016, we have spread our wings, and received funding from Wadebridge Renewable Energy Network, Wadebridge Town Council, Arts Council England, Ernest Cook Trust and FEAST to enable us to put on community theatre in town halls, town centres and green spaces. This image is from a original musical based on Alice in Wonderland which was a community theatre project at 10 Acre Wood Polmorla, September 2019. Magical promenade theatre that took the audience on journey deep into the woods reaching out to the people of Wadebridge, Delabole, Boscastle and St Kew to be part of this community musical theatre project. which culminated in two performances at the Wood. Having received funding we were able to run workshops associated with the Wonderland Project into schools Withy lantern construction, Dance Workshops, Music Workshops, Rehearsals. The two performances were sell outs, a huge success engaging many people in North Cornwall which was featured in 10 Years of FEAST on first outing.
